MAP Starter Set-Up Fee + Monthly Membership            $1,200.00

A one-time Fee of $1000 to cover initial Set-Up and on-boarding, training and consulting services. The initial on-boarding, training and consulting services are designed to get you live on the system and make you knowledgeable about the Platform.  This package also includes your monthly recurring amount for your MAP Starter Membership that will be automatically charged to your supplied Credit Card every 30 days from your start date.  You may cancel at any time.
